Terms and Conditions

Guarantee:

Alliance Air Parts stands behind all of our parts. We offer a 30 day, customer satisfaction guarantee. Please see our return policies listed below for further information.

Payment Information:

Customers in U.S. & Canada:
Wire transfers, credit cards and C.O.D. with certified funds are all accepted methods of payment. Please contact your sales representative for wiring instructions.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you are paying with a credit card complete the Credit Card Authorization form. Fax the authorization form along with a copy of the front and back of the card, to our accounting department at (405) 548-2511. At our discretion we may also require further identification. We do not accept third-party credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any credit card upon further review.

International Customers:
We currently accept wire transfers only from international customers. Please contact your sales representative for wiring instructions.

International Wires:
All international wires will be subject to a $25 fee up front which will be included in the total amount due.

Other Methods of Payment:
We will consider other methods of payment and terms once a customer has an established history. All accounts must be approved by our accounting department prior to any purchases.

Shipping Information:

All shipments are FOB - Oklahoma City. Orders requiring same day shipment must be received by your sales representative no later than 2:00 p.m. CST. Please be aware that some payment methods may delay shipment. If you prefer to ship on your UPS, FEDEX or freight account please clearly state this to your salesperson and on your purchase order if applicable. Failure to provide the correct shipping information or to indicate your preferred method of shipping may delay your shipment. All shipments will be insured for the full value of the order unless prior arrangements are made. If you choose not to insure you will be held accountable for the full purchase price of the part(s) if any damage or loss should occur during shipment.

Shipment Breakage or Damage:

Visible damage to container upon receipt should be reported to the driver immediately and the driver must sign an acknowledgment.

Motor Freight Shipments - According to the contract terms and conditions of the carrier, the responsibility of Alliance Air Parts, Inc. ends at the time and place of shipment (Alliance Air Parts shipping dock). The carrier then assumes full responsibility for the shipment. If loss or damage occurs, please comply with the following procedure:

Common Carrier Delivery (Truck or Air Freight) damage or loss discovered after delivery to consignee shall be reported to the deliverying carrier at the closest terminal immediately upon discovery. Keep container and facts showing damage or loss prior to delivery. Return the delivery receipt and inspection report directly to: Alliance Air Parts, Inc., 1250 E. Reno Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73117.

Parcel Post Shipments - Evidence of parcel post shipment damage or package tampering should be reported to your local Postmaster, who will call and inspect the shipment. If government insured, file a claim with your local post office. Notify us at once in writing, giving details of damage or loss.

UPS and FEDEX Shipments - If the shipment has been damaged or tampered with contact your local UPS or FEDEX office immediately. Save the damaged carton for inspection. Keep the carton and all contents until settlement is adjusted. If this precaution is not taken, we cannot assist you in recovering the amount of claim against the carrier.

All Other Carriers - Contact the nearest office immediately for that carrier's requirements to make a claim. Failure to meet the requirements of the carrier may forfeit your right to make a claim.

Incorrect Shipments and Shortages:

If the item or items you receive do not correspond with your order, notify us immediately to receive further instructions. Please have your order and item number available for reference.

We do not back-order any item. Re-inspect the container and packing material, especially for smaller items. Make sure the item or items were not removed by an unauthorized person before complete unpacking and checking of contents. Notify us within 48 hours of a shortage.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. All parts have a 30 day money back guarantee unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
  2. All returns require a return authorization. Contact us within 30 days of the invoice date to receive an RA number.
  3. Any shipment that does not have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box may be refused.
  4. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Return all goods transportation charges prepaid.
  5. Do not return damaged or incorrect items until shipping instructions are received from us.
  6. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing list with the RA number clearly marked.
  7. Parts must be returned in the same condition as received, without modifications, trimmed or painted.
  8. All parts must be returned with all paperwork supplied with parts. All original paperwork specific to that part must be received before a refund or credit will be issued.
  9. All parts will be subject to a 15% or $10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee unless the return is due to our error or the part is found to be defective.
  10. All return shipments will be insured for the full value of the part. In the event a loss/damage is experienced and the part was not insured you will be held accountable for the full purchase price of the part.
  11. If you have arranged to exchange the part your replacement part will not be shipped until Alliance Air Parts has received the original part.
  12. Absolutely no returns are accepted after 30 days!

Alliance Air Parts, Inc. does not make any warranties expressed or implied as to the airworthiness of any item! A licensed mechanic should inspect and install all parts.
